Vehicle release information
Review the accepted proof-of-ownership options below before arriving for an impounded vehicle release.

- Contract between a lender and the vehicle owner
- Contract between a lessor and the lessee of the vehicle
- Insurance company employee or agent credentials with documentation identifying the vehicle by VIN
- Written agreement showing the person is an agent of the vehicle owner or lienholder (Must be notarized)
We accept all US Government issued identifications that are issued for identification purposes. We also accept passports that are issued by foreign governments.
"International Drivers Licenses" that are not issued by a government entity will not be accepted.
Rental vehicles must be picked up by the rental agency directly.
A rental vehicle or vessel agreement is not evidence that the person who rented a vehicle or vessel is an agent of the rental vehicle or vessel owner for the purpose of releasing the vehicle or vessel. However, a towing-storage operator must release to the renter of a rental vehicle or vessel all personal property belonging to the renter which is not affixed to the rental vehicle or vessel.

Our rates are regulated by Broward County. See below for a breakdown of fees by vehicle class.
Boot/immobilization fee for vehicles on private property
Storage fees begin after 6 hours. Labor fees start when person arrives at the scene and end when person leaves.
A 3% transaction fee will be applied to all debit/credit card payments.
